The Head of the Department of Marketing at Monash University has been made the second Australian in 41 years to be recognised as a Distinguished Fellow of the Academy of Marketing Science (AMS). The honorary designation of Distinguished Fellow is awarded to a very limited number of AMS members in recognition of their exemplary services to the Academy over a sustained period of time. |

In response, retailers have turned to loyalty programs in an attempt to encourage consumers to shop exclusively at their stores, with the revitalisation of FlyBuys the most recent example. |

The faculty will officially launch the new ‘state of the art’ Behavioural Lab at Caulfield on Thursday 27 October 2011. The lab will provide researchers in accounting and finance, economics, marketing and management with a facility to conduct advanced behavioural experiments. |
